Prof Ingrid Vasiliu-Feltes

Prof Ingrid Vasiliu-Feltes leads the Institute’s work on Health & Longevity AI, the frontier where the deployment gap is measured in lives. She is a physician by training, and her argument is that a clinical system earns trust the same way a clinician does: by being able to say what it optimised for, what it traded away, and who answers for the result.

She is founder and chief executive of the Institute for Science, Entrepreneurship and Investment, where she is advancing quantum-AI architectures for biological sovereignty, regenerative healthcare and precision-medicine-enabled longevity. An alumna of Columbia, MIT, Stanford, Harvard and the University of Miami, she holds degrees in medicine and business administration, with further qualifications in quantum technologies, artificial intelligence, genetic engineering, biotechnology, risk management and biomedical ethics.

She is a faculty member at the University of Miami and Vice Rector of the WBAF Business School, and serves as Secretary General of the WBAF Global Science, Technology and Innovation Committee. She co-founded the World Smart Cities Economic Development Commission and chairs its United States work, co-chairs the Society for Healthy Longevity Medicine working group on technology, bio-electronics and quantum systems, and contributes to IEEE and INATBA working groups. She is a Deep Tech and Diplomacy Ambassador.
