Small rooms. Hard problems.

The Institute convenes those who build AI and those who answer for it: government officials, Chief AI Officers and Institute fellows around one table. Roundtables, working sessions and invitation-only briefings, sized for candour.

1 · How We Convene
Format

Closed-door, small-room

Roundtables and working sessions of 15 to 25 people: government officials, Chief AI Officers and Institute fellows in the same room, on the record with each other and nowhere else.

Cadence

Little and often

The Institute convenes quarterly rather than once a year, because a closed working session solves more than a keynote does. Sessions are built around a decision someone in the room has to make.

2 · Upcoming

The first roundtables convene in late 2026.

The founding fellowship is being appointed now; the first roundtables follow in late 2026. Those who register interest receive the first invitations.
